Lizard Dreaming

The long-extinct lizard named,
after former rock singer
Jim Morrison

After reading the Lizard Dreaming section of Animal Dreaming a few days ago I saw an article about a lizard being named after Jim Morrison of The Doors.
Giant reptile named after Jim Morrison
Room 237?
Which is strange because I thought I saw an article like this a few months ago.

Funnily enough, Lizard dreaming deals with deja vu experiences from dreams.

  1. Lizard dreaming: here in Florida, lizards zip out into the sun and snooze. Sometimes their sleep is deep enough so that you can walk right up to them. I always figured they're dreaming. I love the symbolic meaning!

Scott says in his book that lizards sun themselves because that's the only way they have of warming their blood,as they are cold blooded creatures.
