Synchromysticism

" Synchromysticism:
The art of realizing meaningful coincidence in the seemingly mundane with mystical or esoteric significance."

Beers with Synchronicity in Mind?

Robert Anton Wilson? They should
come in cartons of
23, not 24;-)
I was flipping through a magazine and noticed all these different beer labels on the market and couldn't help thinking that some had an esoteric connection with the theme of synchronicity, and some of my posts on synchronicity.

Alan Abbadessa - Synchromysticism & The Sync Book October 23, 2011
"Writer and animator Alan Abbadessa-Green said when he tried to tell his mom about conspiracies, she looked at him like he was crazy.
When he tried to tell her about synchronicity, she looked at him like he was crazy for not seeing it sooner.
Alan just finished editing a book called, The Sync Book
It features a compilation of 26 bloggers, writers and artists who share their experiences and perspectives on the strange universe in which we live, focusing mostly from the viewpoint of synchromysticism
In this interview, we’ll explore themes from the book and talk about things such as symbolism, our entangled universe, messages from beyond, cosmic consciousness and piercing the veil
Are we pawns in a grander scheme designed by the universe or are we ourselves taking part in creation?
Alan also discusses the difference between predictive programming and magic and popular consciousness as a self fulfilling prophecy."

I was going to keep going with this post, but you have to know when to stop with beer syncs, or they can get you into all sorts of trouble, so enough with the beer syncs I think, before heads start spinning even more.
And while I don't mind a few drinks with friends now and then, I can understand people cringing at a post about alcohol, especially if they have had bad experiences with alcohol
 in their own life.
Like anything in life though, it comes down to being responsible, whether that be drinking alcohol, driving motor vehicles, firing guns ... whatever.
Anything can be a double-edged sword in life if used wrongly,
and joy can soon turn to tragedy.
So, remember, drink responsibly, if you do.

UPDATE: 27th July 2013
Later on today I saw this story on the news -
"The U.S. Park Police in Washington are investigating suspected vandalism at the Lincoln Memorial on the National Mall.
Police say green paint was discovered around 1:30 a.m. Friday on the white marble statue and on the floor area around the statue. No words, letters or symbols were visible in the paint.
Capt. Steven Booker says the pain spill "appears intentional based off of the splatter." He says police are reviewing security camera footage to try to identify possible suspects.
Police say the memorial will be closed until the National Park Service can finish cleaning up the paint. That's expected to happen Friday morning."

Now, if that paint turns out to be Cascade Green,
won't that be a sync?-)

Green is only a small part of the post.
Too hard to explain if you don't get it.
You may have to sit this one out I think.
More for the Syncheads I'm afraid.
This one has sailed way over your head by the looks:-)

  3. Weird. I have a note book where I jot down anything that might make a post or is worth looking at. My last entry is 'Robert Anton Wilson'. I didn't really know much about him before but read some of his stuff yesterday - and his website about being a Pope.

It's funny you should say that as this news story just came through -
