ReplyDeleteI really liked this book and I was going to review the book on Amazon last night,but I had no idea how to review it,because whatever I was going to write wouldn't have done it justice.
The subjects in this book are so varied and interesting it would be like trying to round up a group of cats.
I did the third eye meditation last night,and whether it opened my third eye (which I think is open anyway...although far from fully open) or not it really put me in an unusual state of relaxation that I can't say I have ever experienced before
(maybe I have to get out more.-)
I don't think my lungs have had a workout like that for a while,and this morning after waking up it still feels like my lungs have been to the gym.
I'm now reading
'Awakening to the Spirit World'
by Sandra Ingerman and Hank Wesselmann.I started reading it a while ago,but got sidetracked,although after reading 'Psyche's Yearning' I feel it is right for me to attempt reading this again.So far I'm really enjoying 'Awakening to the Spirit World'.
