I think lucky people are lucky because they think they are lucky - same with any condition. But in saying that, I also feel that luck comes in cycles so we have to observe this - and play to our strengths when we are on a high and go slow and easy on the lows.
I agree with Mike. It starts inside, but there are periods where things line up more easily and we can manifest desires more quickly. Love all these videos.
