Celebrating The Met Gala and 700 Years Since Dante's Passing?!

Typically held annually on 
the first Monday in May
INFERNO: Canto 1- 
The Beasts of Florence
HOP 268 - TO HELL AND BACK -
DANTE ALIGHIERI
I find it rather coincidental that September 13/14th, 2021 is the 700th year since Dante's passing and that this year the Met Gala is held as close as possible to that anniversary instead of in May when the Met Gala is usually held.
