How About an Upside-down Pineapple Song, Hey Mercadona? ๐Ÿ›’๐Ÿ๐Ÿ˜

I saw a news story on an Australian show called 'The Project' last night about Spanish shoppers looking for love in Spanish supermarkets by placing upside -down pineapples in their shopping trolleys between the hours of 7-8pm and then read about it at the BBC news site, and it reminded me of those people who have upside-down pineapples tattooed on their forearms by mistake ... or not by mistake, like the French actress out of the 2022 Netflix series 'Notre-Dame' -

  1. Hola Darren, saludos dede Lugo de tu amigo bloguero espaรฑol. ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ

“Falling into the clutches of a campaign designed through social media may be innocent, as is the case with ‘Pineapple-gate’, with all the jokes and childishness that it generates,” wrote social commentator Susana Quadrado in La Vanguardia newspaper.

But she warned it also showed how the virtual world “can condition social behaviour and turn users into loudspeakers for free”.
