"When waking up on a day dedicated to sharing ideas, start your day by connecting with a friend or family member for a brainstorming session. Enjoy a TV dinner together, reminiscing about classic shows or discovering new favorites. Incorporate a glass of port wine to add a touch of sophistication to your meal.
As dusk settles, embrace Anti-Junk Light Day by turning off electronics and indulging in the soft glow of candles. Use the time to meditate, read a book, or write down your thoughts without the distraction of screens. Find solace in the tranquility of National Quiet Day by taking a peaceful walk in nature or simply sitting in silence, allowing yourself to fully relax.
End the evening on a thoughtful note [?!] by acknowledging World Suicide Prevention Day. Reach out to loved ones, spread positivity on social media, or take part in a mental health awareness activity online. Remember, your presence and support can make a difference in someone’s life.
Incorporating these various holidays into your day can bring about a sense of creativity, togetherness, mindfulness, and compassion. Embrace each moment fully, appreciating the opportunity to share, learn, reflect, and connect with those around you."
I can't believe that they would actually write "End the evening on a thoughtful note [?!] by acknowledging World Suicide Prevention Day" in that passage above.

Suicide note?!
The night I tried to kill myself (and nearly succeeded) around 40 years ago, a voice from outside of my internal thoughts told me I could always die another day if life got harder.
Life did get a lot harder for me, but that voice that told me that I could always die another day has kept me going until this very day, but that doesn't mean that there will come a day that I don't decide to die another day.
And there was no Madonna song called 'Die Another Day' when I decided to die that day in the early 80s.
