The Science Behind Spiritual Signs? 🪶🤔💭👼

Why This Work Was Never Just for Therapists
I often put the term "synchronicity" into the Apple Podcast search engine to see if any new podcast episodes about synchronicity have been posted that sound like an interesting listen.
I found an episode titled 'Synchronicity and the Brain: The Science Behind Spiritual Signs' at the 'Intergrated Wisdom' podcast that I thought was worth listening to.
Synchronicity and the Brain:
The Science Behind Spiritual Signs
I'm not a fan of shrinkronicity, even though I do like reading the writings of, and watching films on Carl Jung, who was a famous shrink ... probably my favourite shrink, so far.
And you can't think Jung was an island in the world of shrinks when Freud was such an influence on his early work.
And while I'm not a fan of Freud, I can't throw out the baby with the bathwater now, can I?

I'm yet to read Jung's book of 'Dreams', but I did finish reading the book about Freud that I bought from an Op Shop this year in 2025, the Year of the Snake I might add;-)
Every September
Just in time for the anniversary of Freud's passing, and my birthday for this year, which is one and the same date:-)
I now have the graphic novel of Freud's next to the one I have of Jung's, side by side on my bookshelf, which would probably have both of them turning in their graves if they knew that;-)
Jung and the Art of Being Stoned?
I usually smoke a cigar on my birthday ever since I found out I was born on the anniversary of Freud's passing
And no, I would never think of putting a dick in my mouth ... yuck!!!
What about mouth cancer?!
Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar:-)
And a banana is just a banana:-)
You only have to look at Freud's life and see what smoking cigars did for him, or the Australian singer John Farnham, to see what regular cigar smoking did to him.
But seriously, having attempted to take my own life about 40 years ago, I almost 100% agree with Tatiana in her latest episode about suicide above, except I kinda believe if you succeed then that probably was your fate, as much as if you failed.
Every September
I find it personally, ironic that my birth month is also 'National Suicide Prevention Month'.
Anyway, I have some other books to read before this month is over;-)
