Have you seen it yet? The Washington Post AND the UKs tabloid Daily Star are talking about the Video and Synchromystics... Not in a nice way BUT its the first time I've EVER seen Synchros mentioned in the mainstream...at least in the UK! Well done! This IS an achievement for sure!

Itv2 channel made an entire event of the BTTF Day including spending a lot of money on a comedy tribute filmed in the US. With every ad break we had the pause button symbol on screen...two giant black monoliths as they appeared in the centre, part of a commercial for a tel. Co. A subliminal message... seriously. I starred to wonder on the weird sync of two thick black vertical lines in the centre of the TV screen...

I actually liked The Washington Post review, as this journalist seems to have done her homework and is the closest to the mark of what we were trying to achieve with the clip. Well, in my opinion anyway.
I can't speak for Joe, as it was his baby and he had final cut.
But if that journalist was to ask for my opinion on what we were trying to do with this clip (my name is on screen at the 11:16 mark of the video...touching the monolith, I might add;-) I would tell her that we don't think that the filmmakers did this stuff on a conscious level, but we do think they tapped in on a subconscious level to the "Collective Consciousness", as Jung might say.
Just about all the guys who worked on this second clip (we had nothing to do with the first, as a group anyway) are big fans of Jung's theories on Synchronicity.
Our big inspiration was Jake Kotze and Steve Willner's past works, so I hope their past synch videos start getting the hits they deserve from all the publicity this video has achieved for the field.
