Don't Bite the Hook
A CD that I bought the other day by Pema Chodron called Don't Bite the Hook, is well worth a listen to ... or several. Putting it into practice though will be the hard part for me, but I'm willing to give it a try. You can get it here through theShambhalawebsite or through Amazon, as well.
I'll probably keep a copy in the car, where it is most needed.
