These Final Hours

I went and saw the great little Australian movie These Final Hours last night and thought it was ironic ... or synchy ... or both, that the car our hero sets out on his journey has the numbers 777 on his numberplate.
777?
I had only just written my latest post the day before and posted it, called -
Lucky 7?
about the Boeing 777 crash/es (?) and the number seven and just how lucky the number/s are?
Without giving the plot away, I must say the number 7 isn't that much luck for our hero either, depending on whether you think the glass is half full, or empty for him, by the time the credits start rolling.
The movie was filmed in Perth, Western Australia and is actually about the final hours living in that city before the meteor impact that's already hit on the other side of the world wipes it off the map.
Great movie with lots to ponder ... unless you just happen to be like the party zombies in the movie that is?-)
I must warn you though that there is graphic violence and nudity in the film, but if you can get past that, it's worth a look.
Also, synchy was my ticket cost me $7.50 and the movie finished just after 7 pm.

  3. This stuff isn't random. There's a reason you're noting all the 7s. That's what I meant by decoding.
