I just watched the movie 'Soul' today, only just realizing that it starred Jamie Foxx as Joe Gardner.
I was only watching 'Soul', because I had just cut Disney+ off because I was getting Netflix put back on to watch a few shows like 'Squid Game 2' and to rewatch 'Boy Swallows Universe'.
I've got about a week to watch the shows on my Disney+ playlist, and 'Soul' had been on my list for a while, which is why I watched it today.
Then I remember seeing Jamie on the news the night before talking about his brain bleed and his year from hell and how he had to learn to walk again, which is quite ironic if you pay close attention to the movie 'Soul', with all the walking references.
I soon realized that the news segment was from the Netflix show 'Jamie Foxx: What Happened Was ...', so I watched that show, too.
In his comedy special Jamie kept referencing people on the internet saying he was just a clone, but he did star in a 2023 Netflix movie called 'They Cloned Tyrone', so maybe it was a tongue-in-cheek reference to that movie?
I haven't finished watching 'They Cloned Tyrone' yet but watching 'Soul' followed by 'Jamie Foxx: What Happened Was ...', is synchromystic viewing at its' comedic/tragic best.

Oddly enough, the anniversary of my father's passing also fell on Friday the 13th in September this year.
