Shirley MacLaine and 10/13? 👽🛸

I never realized that Shirley MacLaine was so much into UFOs until I had read her 2000 book 'The Camino' and watched the TV mini-series of her 1983 book 'Out on a Limb' on You Tube recently.
And then this year MacLaine has launched her new book on air on 10/13 (Chris Carter's birthday), a very X-Files related date and number:-)
TV interview, Sunday Morning, Oct.13th, 2024?
Although, living in Australia I couldn't watch the You Tube on her website and had to rely on this person's You Tube below to see the interview, but I had heard a podcast episode of the interview at the 'CBS News Sunday Morning with Jane Pauly' podcast.
Watching the 1987
TV mini-series 'Out on a Limb' in 2024 I find it ironic how Shirley has outlived most of the people she wrote about in the book.
And even most of her co-stars in the TV mini-series, including John Heard, who also played Kevin's father in the first couple of John Hughes' 'Home Alone' movies.
I guess a lot of people like thinking that they are God?-)
From Shirley's 2000 book 'The Camino'
As much as I didn't like Shirley's book 'The Camino', there were a few timeless gems, looking back from 2024 ... or maybe it's just the Mandela Effect playing out?:-)
Looks like nothing much has changed since
Shirley wrote about walking The Camino back in 2000?
Inside The Great Pyramid?🐪
On 'The X Files,' with Meredith Michael
Oh, and weirdly enough, this latest 'Weird Studies' podcast episode just dropped on my Apple Podcast playlist:-)
First published in February 1987
Agent Dana Scully reading the titular book.
The cover is a parody of
