After Watching The Oscars Why Not Live It Up?πŸŽ¬πŸ€‘πŸ₯‚

I had a couple of
beers while watching The Oscars, and while I was pretty sure I was under the legal limit to drive I decided to make sure by seeing another film that was playing in the cinema complex and saw that there was a film called 'Live It Up' about the Australian band 'Mental as Anything', so I did the sane thing and bought a ticket to the 2 pm session.
I had not heard of this movie before looking up the session times for the cinema that day, but I'm glad that I stayed to watch it.
I never got to see 'Mental as Anything' play live and didn't know that much about them really, only that Greedy Smith died of a heart attack back in 2019 -
Two News Stories in One and a Bunch of Synchromystic Metaphors for the Future?
My original plan was to buy a pizza from the Crust pizza shop across the road from the cinema and eat it before going in to watch the movie, but I ended up only having 15 minutes to 2 pm to do that before the movie started, so I ordered a pizza from the cinema, so I could eat it in the cinema.
I was told the pizzas come from the Domino's pizza shop from up the road, which is my least favourite pizza of all the big pizza chains to choose from in Brisbane ... but I hadn't had any lunch, so it was a Hobson's choice really.
At least there was no annoying "cheese pull" to battle with while eating my simple Domino's Margherita pizza:-)
I had to wonder if this Cheer cheese commercial below which I saw during The Oscars screening influenced my decision to buy a pizza for lunch with all of the
"cheese pulling" going on in that
ad?-)
Or whether it was seeing
Claudia Chan Shaw in an MLC commercial briefly, dressed as a fortune teller and me remembering the
"cheese pull" REMORANDOM You Tube I had watched before going to see The Oscars on the big screen?-)
If I thought the ads were bad during the Channel 7 Oscars live telecast being beamed onto the cinema screen, what's it going to be like when You Tube are telecasting The Oscars in 2029?
If I see that
Walter Goggins guy pop up one more time when I'm watching a You Tube, I'm gonna ... 😑
