Stop the Mental Loop and Get Out of the Downward Spiral?꩜πŸŒŸπŸ”

Turtles All the Way Down (2024)

I liked the movie 'Turtles All the Way Down', but I liked the book better, as it explained the thoughts and feelings of the main characters better than the movie.
From Turtles All the Way Down
I don't get caught in thought spirals or loops, but it looks like people do.

John Green is 48 at the moment, which means that Jupiter has done roughly 4 revolutions of the sun since he was born.
I notice in 'Turtles All the Way Down' that John has a thing for Jupiter and Tau Ceti and 12-year periods.
John Green even writes about the two main love interests in the book watching the movie 'Jupiter Ascending' in the home cinema, which makes me think of Jake Kotze's obsession with 'Jupiter Ascending' and the planet.
