So, What Book Does the "Book Angel" Want Me to Read Now? 📕📖👞

I just finished reading
John Edward's 2000 book 'Crossing Over ...' and was wondering what book I should read next ... or what the "Book Angel" wants me to read next:-)
I was thinking about reading my copy of Shirley MacLaine's book 'The Camino', which I stumbled across while sorting donations in an Op Shop.
I had just bought and watched with my son, Bill Bennett's 'The Way, My Way', which I had seen at the cinema at the beginning of this year, so my mind was on The Camino, not that I want to walk it, but I'm beginning to think "The Universe" sure seems to want me to -
And of course, as I'm trying to finish reading John Edward's book 'Crossing Over ...' last night, so I can donate it to a street library on the way to his show tonight, he writes about reading that exact same book on a plane trip:-)
I guess I have to read it next now?
UPDATE: 23rd November, 2024
The unfunny comedian on before John took to the stage late
This was our POV at the John Edward show last night.
A comedian came on to tell us all that the show would be starting 15 minutes late, because of the carpark problems (they were charging everyone an extra $10 to park your car there) and that you weren't allowed to take video or pictures of John on your phones or any other device you brought along.
And that how she would personally take your phone from you and delete any photos she found of John, while looking through your personal photos
Good luck taking my phone off me I say lady, as maybe that's the way you do things in America now, where you are from, but just try taking my phone off me and see what happens, I say.
Then she proceeded to make jokes about how lame other Australian towns and cities the show had played in were compared to Brisbane.
F#ckin' hilarious ... NOT!
There were leaflets on every seat before you sat down, so you could sign up for some Evolve app to get to ask a question to John before the show started, if you were the lucky one picked out of everyone who signed up that night before the show.
Nor I or my son signed up.
And while I never took a shot of John during the show, because of all the ushers/security personal nearby, my son did and sent me the photo of John on stage below:-)
John on stage last night:-)
I thought John was OK on the night, getting more impressive hits than misses, but my son still thought John was "cold reading" the audience somehow and came away that night unimpressed with what he saw.
I wouldn't pay to see another show of John's again, but I think he is not a fake, or "cold reader".
I'd like to see a "cold reader" try and pull out of his hat those kind of hits that John did.
