I stumbled across Dan Snow's History podcast because of one of three books I stumbled across lately ... or should that be fluked upon?-)

'Kim' by Rudyard Kipling is one of the next books that I'm supposed to read in the book '1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die' at the pace I have been reading them basically in chronological order and I knew little about the author Rudyard Kipling, apart from him being the author of 'The Jungle Book' and writing the poem 'If-'.

So, if I hadn't have stumbled across Kipling's book and searched for a podcast episode featuring Kipling, would I have found and listened to Dan Snow's history podcast episode about Brian Klaas and his book 'Fluke: Chance, Chaos, and Why Everything We Do Matters'?

And listening to Dan's more recent history podcast where he interviewed Brian Klaas the author of 'Fluke: Chance, Chaos, and Why Everything We Do Matters' where he mentions the dinosaurs getting wiped out, while I was flicking through the star of the Jurassic Park movies Sam Neill's biography, I stumbled across the same time I found 'Kim', not to mention Miles Franklin's novel 'My Brilliant Career' I started thinking "what ifs"?
