Are These Really the 1001 Books to Read Before You Die?ðŸŠĶ📚ðŸ‘ŧ

I found the
'
1001 Books ...' Podcast when looking for book reviews about
'Hadrian the Seventh' and 'Solitude', two books that I'm told I must read before I die, after I finish reading 'The Way of All Flesh', the current book I'm trying to read before I die.
These podcast hosts look like they had set out to try and do a podcast episode about reading the 1001 books in whatever of the 3 versions of my 1001 books book that they own, but look to have already given up (or died) at the 60 something book mark of their endeavour.
I am reading the 2008 version of the book, which has a slightly different book list to the 2006 and 2010 versions it seems, by reading through the combined list at 'The 1001 Book Listwebpage
Episode 9 Hadrian The 7th
I couldn't help thinking that the author and main character out of
'Hadrian the Seventh' sounds a lot like Donald Trump to me in his worldly and egotistical life ambitions:-)
So, this is a book I will have to read now ... before I die, for an even bigger laugh than these podcasts hosts got out of reading the book.
