How to Celebrate National Frog Month on Earth Day?🌏🌈🌍🐸🌎🦂

"Frogs don’t get much attention—until something goes wrong.
That’s what National Frog Month is here to change.
These small, bug-eating creatures keep pests under control without chemicals or machines.
One frog can eat hundreds of insects in a single night.
They’re quiet workers, but the food chain leans on them.
Birds, snakes, and fish rely on frogs to survive.
So, when frogs start to disappear, it’s not just their problem.
Right now, many frogs are in serious trouble.
Wetlands are getting drained.
Water is warming up
Pesticides are everywhere.
And on top of that, a fast-spreading fungus is wiping out entire frog species.
Because they absorb everything through their skin, frogs react quickly to bad changes in their surroundings.
That makes them one of nature’s best warning systems.
If frogs are dying, it usually means something around us needs fixing—fast."
I think that the
frog/Scorpion story is a good metaphor for us humans riding on "Mother Earth"'s back and not trying to kill her with our selfishness.
'General Thinker'
I find it funny that Remo identifies himself as a scorpion on a frog's back in his 2014 autobiography 'General Thinking', as I would identify more with the frog, as far as trusting people in this world goes when you try to help them:-)
Although, there are frogs in this world that I wouldn't trust, like KEK pictured above:-)
And 2014 was also the Year of the Horse, like 2026 is, so Remo published his book 12 years ago this year, which would roughly be one revolution of Jupiter around the sun.
Is that something to think about?-)
