Duck, it's a Surfing Bird?

Surfin' duck?!

Haven't you heard -

Surfing duck: Pet becomes local celebrity at Australian beach

I used to love the taste of duck in the evening ... or lunchtime, until I went to Hobart in 2016 and made friends with some local ducks that hung around outside the casino -

I think that was my last duck meal back in 2016

I haven't eaten duck since my 2016 road-trip, and duck was my favourite meat of all on the menu at the time.

Full Metal Life-Jackets?

It sure is a cruel world we live and die in, ain't it?

I still eat Dory though ... occasionally:-)

Going With the Flow in Devonport on My Last Day in Tasmania

UPDATE: January 31st, 2021

Timing is everything, as last night when I picked up my 'Talk to Me' book of Allison DuBois' to read from where I had left off, I read this section of her book where Allison recalls her grandmother telling her to feed the ducks with KFC.

Luckily for the ducks (unless they have Armie Hammer type food fetish fantasies) Allison didn't do it.

Which reminds me that I still have to buy and read

'Birds at My Table';-)
Living With A Feather Heart on 1013 Day?

I was up at my local fish and chip shop getting just minimum chips the other day and wondered if displaying live fish in an aquarium was such a good idea when you want people eating fish ... and chips?-)

Not that it was putting me off eating fish though, even if I was only buying minimum chips on the day.

What constitutes
'minimum chips'?

Artists & Aliens: Christina Engleheart and FEDERICO FELLINI?!

Green eyes?-)

Christina Engleheart +
Federico Fellini Part One

I can't wait to hear part 2 of that podcast with Christina Engelhardt, as it almost sounds like the storyline of David Lynch's 'Lost Highway' to me so far.

I've only ever seen 'La Dolce Vita' of Fellini's films, but being a David Lynch film fan I noticed that Fellini and Lynch share January 20th as a birthday and that Fellini passed away on Halloween:-)

Which reminds me of listening to Kimmy Robertson's podcast interview at 'The Melt' podcast -

 birthday of December 4th?!
