Snake and Fire as Jungian Symbols?🐍🧨🔥🚒

Watching the latest 'This Jungian Life' podcast on You Tube yesterday and having just recently watched Mel Gibson's 'The Passion of the Christ' after watching Mel on the Joe Rogan show saying how he thought he was about to lose his home to the fires.

I couldn't help thinking how the image of the snake means different things to different people.

In the Chinese zodiac the snake is regarded as intelligent, with a tendency to lack scruples.

I guess a snake can be a Freudian symbol as much as a 

Jungian one?-)
