Seems kind of ironic to me that National Rotisserie Chicken Day is the day before National Egg Day.

Who's the joker who plans these days of the year to celebrate?

Why Aussies are eating record amounts of chicken?

I shared a Rotisserie Chicken with my youngest son last night, so I guess it's omelette tonight?-)

Maybe a chicken omelette?-)

I think it is safe to say that the egg came first in the list of ingredients for the omelette;-)
