National Days for July 21st ... and I've Gotta Be Me?🪞😇

National Days on Monday July 21st, 2025

I like listening to the 'National Days' (which are mainly American Days) segment on the 'Overnight with Mike Jeffreys/Phil O'Neil' radio podcast in the mornings, usually an hour after the radio show has aired, because I'm still asleep at the time it airs.

As it gives me a bit more context on the days that are usually mirrored at the 'Days of the Year' website that I like to check out daily to see what "Days" may be worth celebrating or at least taking note of.

And does Dale Sinden mention someone thinking that he was the voice of Mr. Squiggle ... the man from the moon in this morning's segment?

Be Someone Day

I had never heard of 'National Be Someone Day' until this morning when reading about it at the 'Days of the Year' website, although it wasn't mentioned on the 'Overnight with Mike Jeffreys/Phil O'Neil' radio podcast.

I don't feel that I have to be anyone else but me, to be honest.

I believe I was put on this planet to be me, and I don't want to be anyone else ... as if you could, right?

If you ain't you, then you are nobody, I reckon;-)
