Every July 12th

In Australia it is the middle of winter, so unless you live in the desert or the northern part of Australia ice cream is probably the last thing that you want to eat right now.

Of course, in America where National Ice Cream Month is based, it is summer.

Back in 2018 when I was on a Vegan diet, I wrote this post about ice cream -

But this is NOW and I'm no longer on a Vegan diet.

Last month when it was Mango Month, I bought a tub of Cape Byron mango macadamia ice cream knowing that July was going to be National Ice Cream Month.

Every June

And last week I bought a tub of Cape Byron Caramel Pecan Pie ice cream, knowing that this Saturday was going to be 'National Pecan Pie Day'.

Eating Peacan Pie Ice Cream today seemed more appropriate than eating Pecan Pie when I saw Trump claiming to be Superman in the news this morning:-)
