In his book Gary starts off writing about a reading he had by Mel at a Fruits in Suits get together in Sydney, not because he was looking for a psychic reading, but because he is gay and was looking for a potential future partner ... hey, whatever floats your boat I guess, I'm straight and will never get the gay male scene, even though I do have gay friends ... but as I said ... whatever.I was only interested in seeing who Melanie Obeid is because Garry said that Melanie had the greenest eyes that he had ever seen!That's a big call I thought, having green eyes myself, although I have seen greener ones than mine. Of course, the mythology about green eyes is that green eyed people are either witches/warlocks or alien hybrids:-)
Funny thing is that in Melanie's latest podcast released today on International Owl Awareness Day Melanie describes herself as a gay Catholic witch:-)I consider myself a crow person when it comes to birds, which is why I picked the video with the crow in Melanie's You Tube channel ... and it was just the right one for this time in my life:-) I love those cards in the video and might just buy a deck myself.I thought it was rather synchy that Melanie was doing a show on March the 8th at the Cronulla RSL Club when I was in America for the first time in my life, because I had gone over to watch my Rugby League team the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks play in Las Vegas for the opening round of the NRL season - Leaving Las Vegas ... For Denver?ð°ððē
I would have probably not picked Gary's book off the shelf and started reading it if yesterday wasn't 'Psychic Day' (and I'm not that into so called "psychics" and "channelers") -
