Every November 1st

It's November 2nd on this side of the planet right now, but it's still November 1st on Saturday afternoon over on the west coast of America I see by looking at 'The World Clock' site.

I've never really thought about Australia being in a "western" or "eastern" hemisphere, only a "southern" hemisphere, because of the seasons being opposite to countries in the "northern" hemisphere of the planet.

Well, you learn something every day, although not necessarily the same day as the rest of the planet;-)

First Sunday of November

And while 'Daylight Savings' ends in America on November 2nd this year, in Australia it just started last month, but my home Australian state of Queensland won't join in on the game, so we are an hour behind the eastern Australian states in the summertime:-(
