Well, considering that it was 'National Homemaker Day' and 'Smart Home Day', my November 3rd ended in a cooking disaster when I was making a rice and pea dish for my dinner, minus the soy sauce, which what was left of what I had was among the glass shards on my kitchen floor and on my feet from when the soy sauce glass bottle slipped from my hand as I was carrying it from the pantry cupboard and to the benchtop.

I used half a roll of paper towels up wiping the soy sauce and large glass shards off the floor, so I could vacuum up the rest of the smaller glass shards, then mop the floor, before cooking my rice meal, substituting Worcestershire sauce for soy:-(

Every November

I should have been paying more attention to my soy sauce than my rice;-)

After all that housework, it made me wonder if I should switch back to soy sauce in plastic bottles?
