I found a podcast show called 'Figuring Sh!t Out' when I put "synchronicity" into the Apple Podcast search engine, and the title of the episode was '108. The Good Idea Fairy, Synchronicity, & Following the Breadcrumbs'.

The Good Idea Fairy sounds a lot like The Muse that artists talk about, to me.

Oddly enough, I have a plastic fairy I bought in an Op Shop a year or two ago and this week had thought about giving it away, as when I bought it back then it seemed like a good idea at the time, as I had a few good ideas for posts about the fairy pop culture, some of which I have written and some I have mainly forgotten about.

And as I thought more about giving it away, a co-worker asked me to keep an eye out for fairy things in the donations we were sorting through, as his niece was right into fairies he told me.

I said that I had a plastic one on my desk I was thinking of giving away and that I'd bring it in this week and she can have it.   

The Good Idea Fairy sounds like a good metaphor for those good ideas that come to you from out of the blue and I've written a few posts about what I think of faires on this blog -
