How to Celebrate National Drinking with Chickens Day?🍺🐔🕱💀🍻

Every May 23rd
I bought what I thought was Mexican beer on Friday at my local Dan Murphy's liquour barn, because it was on special to members for $12 a six-pack, and I saw that familiar Day of the Dead skull on the label of the bottles.
And because I was getting a lot of hits to my old 'Santa Muerte' posts featuring Tracey Rollin's book.
Especially after the recent passing of my old mate Gordon White, whose last post in the 'Notes' section at his Substack was about the death saint.
The Rune Soup Substack
There is a rooster on today's date?
And with today being
'
National Drinking with Chickens Day' I pulled out the only chicken that I have around the house, my Hungry Jack's chicken (because May is also Hamburger Month) and had a drink to the memory of Gordon White, whose spirit lives on somewhere still I believe.
The Hungry Jack's chicken is a token of my next planned journey in a few months' time, which hopefully I will return back from to write a post about.
Cheers.
