It's also a weird coincidence that these whales wash up on a New Zealand beach and that the kea is the name of an endangered New Zealand bird whose name though whilst spelled different to the Kia brand of car that Melissa is driving in the Superbowl ad is still pronounced the same way.

And let's not forget that whales aren't the only endangered big fish out in the ocean.
