How to Celebrate January 26th? 🚢🌏🍛🥩🐊🤠

On the subject of floating things, I'm of the opinion that that to avoid conflict over the fixed date that
'Australia Day' is held on every year, it should be a floating date and held on the last Monday of January every year, which would give Aussies a long weekend every year to celebrate our great nation, instead of fighting over the recent history of our great nation.
The Melbourne Cup Day is a floating date (the first Tuesday in November), so why can't 'Australia Day' be as well?
