I see that 'Opposite Day' falls every year on January 25th, which is the day before 'Australia Day'.

Oddly enough, if you really want to make the most of 'Opposite Day' you could catch a jet from the east coast of Australia in the morning of January 25th, fly across the Pacific Ocean and land on the west coast of the USA on the same day, but hours earlier than when you left Australia:-)
And you would have gone from Summer to Winter in the same day.

Or you could make the same trip on Carpe Diem Day on February 26th, to make the most of that day.
