If I Had Legs I'd Kick You ... is About What Exactly?๐Ÿฆต๐Ÿฆฟ๐Ÿ—⚽

I was talking Oscar nominations to my son last night when we were thinking of going out to the cinema to see a movie that was up for an Oscar, and I mentioned that Aussie actress Rose Byrne was up for the Best Actress Oscar for a movie called 'If I Had Legs I'd Kick You' this year.
My son said that it wasn't on at the cinema, but you could rent it thought Amazon Prime for $6.99 and watch it on TV, so we did, as he had just got back from a week in Melbourne that day, and with mum's death during the week, I wasn't really in the mood still to go out to the cinema anyway.
So, my son rented it and we watched it.
And I said to my son afterwards, "What was that title about because [SPOILER ALERT] everyone in that movie that I saw had functioning legs?"
And while I get the "drowning mother" theme running through the movie overall, I don't know what to make of it apart from the fact that most shrinks are nuttier than their patients.
All I could find in the "ending explained" You Tubes were ones like that bad AI generated review above.
And I tend to agree with this guy below.
Well, the acting is good, even if the storyline is a bit vague to me.
Having seen almost half of the nominated mainstream movies, I don't really see any standout winners this year ... yet.
The last movie that I saw Rose Byrne in was 'Seriously Red' and I liked that one better.
