Lucky Mann?

Michael Mann has become one of my favourite movie directors of late.
Looking back through his work, I have to say that I'm impressed. 
My favourite Mann movie so far is Collateral.
I was never a big fan of the TV show Miami Vice when it was on the tube, so I hardly ever watched it. 
My friends Rob and Trish MacGregor wrote a book about the show which got me intrigued,
The Making of Miami Vice,
so I bought a copy of the book on Kindle to read ... yet to read it, though it looks good.
I haven't seen any of the HBO show of Mann's called Luck, but it looks good from the trailers.
Looks like Mann's luck ran out on him with this show as it was cancelled by HBO.
Can't win' em all I guess?-)

    Thanks for the mention, Daz. If you don't read any other chapter in the book,read the one on Mann. Interviewing him was great.
