"The actress wife of Downton Abbey star David Robb has been killed by a Tube train in London.
Briony McRoberts' body was found on the tracks after taking her own life. 
She was 56.
She appeared in EastEnders, The Bill, Heartbeat, The Professionals and Taggart but was best known as sexy superbitch Sam Hagen in Scottish soap Take the High Road. 
She played the role for almost a decade before leaving in the late 1990s.
Her husband David, who plays doctor Richard Clarkson in hit period drama 
Downton Abbey."

Her husband David Robb voiced Sirus Black in the
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix video game.

He also played Prince Charles in  
Charles & Diana: A Royal Love Story.

He was also in a movie called Hellbound -
