What Constitutes a "Creepy Clown" Anyway?

I'm glad these "creepy clown" laws didn't hit Australia until after the NRL grand final otherwise I'm sure those "creepy" Melbourne Storm supporters would have tried to have my "creepy" shark mate, pictured above, thrown out of the grounds for clowning around with intent. 

He was actually told by a security guard to be careful he doesn't poke someone's eye out with his tin fin, in which case he bent the tip back toward himself.
Tin Fin sounds like a good name for a "creepy" rock star come to think of it;-)

I mean there's two clowns coming down the aisle dressed in Brisbane Bronco (Bozo?-) jerseys in the above photo and their team wasn't even in the grand final this year ... which kind of creeps me out.

So, if the clown laws were being enforced on the day of the final, I might have had a case for having those two arrested;-)

And what happens if this clown is elected president?
Will he be arrested?
Let's hope so.

And it's going to be bedlam trying to enforce these laws on the 31st of this month.
Maybe all this clown stuff is just cheap promotion for Rob Zombie's new Halloween horror movie?-)

Although I imagine that Trump wouldn't be that cheap.
