The August (Leo) Eclipse and Deeper Down the Dragonhole in the Game of Thrones

I've listened to the above podcast quite a few times since it was posted at the 'Synchronicity' podcast site -
SYNCHRONICITY #99ECLIPSES + ARCHETYPAL ASTROLOGY + GAME OF THRONES WITH ADAM SOMMER
And I have to say that the eclipse did herald in some rather unexpected, as well as expected world events in the last month, coincidentally, or otherwise.
"Buckle up for an eclipse focused, astrological conversation that delves deep in to Game of Thrones with astrology genius, Adam Sommer.
Note: GoT spoilers inside!
Check out more Adam Sommer at his website holestoheavens.com and his excellent podcast on MindPod Network, Exploring Astrology."

Better late than never! Aussie actor Brendan Cowell will join the cast of Game Of Thrones in the cult show's final season
How It Feels??? Synchronistic That's How! (Part 1)
I have only ever watched the first season of 'Game of Thrones' and then gave up.
It wasn't my cup of tea.
But a few months ago I saw fellow Sharkie supporter Brendan Cowell was going to be in the latest season of 'Game of Thrones' and I kind of wish I had kept up with the show, but I'm not going to binge watch to catch up to this latest season he is in.
A dragon egg, used as an heirloom or item of value
There is a lot of talk about dragons, dragonholes, dragon eggs and training your dragon in the eclipse podcast, and the thing I found amusing was when I was shopping for a few items for my new townhouse I came across a tin magpie, which I wrote about buying in this post a few days ago -
If You Want to Avoid Being Attacked by Magpies, Just Make an Effort to be Friends with Them
I had also picked up one Kinder Surprise egg in the store and the real reason I took the above picture of the tin magpie in the store was that my hands were full of items I was buying for my home and I dropped the egg, but I couldn't find where it landed until I looked at the magpie and found it had fallen between the magpie's feet, like it was guarding an egg it was hatching.
My hatched dragon hanging under my computer table shelf
The thing that amazed me was the egg contained a flying dragon.
"The secret key to hatching the eggs seems to involve some form of blood magic: as the House words of the Targaryens hint, it requires "fire and blood".
To hatch them, dragon eggs must be burned in roaring flames, with which another creature is simultaneously being burned alive - a life in exchange for a life.
In the wild this might just be a prey animal that the parent dragon kills, but human sacrifice will do the trick quite nicely, particularly if there is more than one egg to hatch."
Dany's dragons breathe fire in
 "
Valar Morghulis."
I learned in the podcast that a group of dragons is called a bonfire of dragons.
The Burning Man and Steely Dan
So, it was bizarre to read of a guy running into the 'Burning Man' bonfire and eventually dying from the burns he received and then to hear 'Steely Dan' front man Walter Becker had passed away around the same time, both events not long after the eclipse, too.
Less than a MOONth actually.
Did you see IT kid?
My British Museum key-ring
I thought it was interesting how Noah mentioned cygnets at around the 1:02 minute mark of the podcast as I bought a key-ring last year in Canberra when I went to see the British Museum's exhibition and wondered what the story was with the goose wearing a fallen crown -
Free Parking?
"The English word 'swan', akin to the German Schwan, Dutch zwaan and Swedish svan, is derived from Indo-European root *swen (to sound, to sing).
Young swans are known as swanlings or as cygnets; the latter derives via Old French cigne or cisne (diminutive suffix -et "little") from the Latin word cygnus, a variant form of cycnus "swan"."

Lots to think about when it comes to dragons, I guess.
And like Sarah Blasko I'm also born in the Year of the Dragon -
An Arrow, I Awake
It won't be until the year 2028 that I'll be able to see a total eclipse in my part of the world.
I hope Bonnie Tyler is still singing on cruise ships in Sydney Harbour in 2028

  1. Your synchromystic output is legion. Have you also seen a lot of 777's of late? Some instant display of synchs? My mind is awake aware and willing to share. Thanks M8. To shine forth is key! 87

  2. I did catch my total page-views counter the day it ticked over to 777,777 hits (I have a screen shot of it somewhere) and my life path number is 7, but the number that has recently been showing up in my life a lot is 36 and if you listen to the above podcast you will hear the number mentioned in it, which was a bit of an Ah-Ha moment for me.
