I'm reading a book at the moment called 'Happy Days' by Gabby Bernstein, which I picked up in an Op Shop with her earlier written book 'The Universe Has Your Back' (which I have since donated to a street library).

I also bought a deck of her oracle cards I found at the same Op Shop and have since donated them to a street library, too -

In 'Happy Days' Gabby writes about IFS (Internal Family Systems), which doesn't really resonate with me, but I found a 'The One Inside' podcast episode about IFS and shamanism by just typing the word "synchronicity" into the Apple Podcast search engine.

I'm more interested in shamanism than wanting to hear about IFS but found this episode below worth a listen to.
