I found Lydia Cornell's podcast 'True Stories of Synchronicity and Uncanny Coincidence ~ GodShots®' through a recent Apple Podcast search for "synchronicity" and had a listen to her very first podcast episode and a few others where Lydia talks about getting sober.

Yesterday I finished reading Gabby Bernstein's book 'Happy Days' about her recovery and becoming sober, and it wasn't lost on me that yesterday National Wine Day fell on a Sunday this year.

Gabby Bernstein and Lydia Cornell both talk about synchronicity and getting sober in their You Tubes, and while I would consider myself a moderate drinker, I do have a 24-year sober coin in my possession that I found on a walk in Denver, Colorado this year -

I even did a brewery tour of the Coors Brewery on my first day in Colorado with my son.

So, while I do enjoy a drink or two quite often, it's never been a problem in my life up to this point anyway, but I can see how it is a problem to people susceptible to addictions.

I even bought 4 souvenir shot glasses on my last trip to America and Sydney.

So, I find it strange that Lydia Cornell would name her podcast GODSHOTS -
