I do believe in the theory of reincarnation, but I have had no desire to find out what past lives I may have lived. 
The point is to live this life like it's the only one you've ever had I think, otherwise you would carry those memories with you into this life if you were meant to have access to that knowledge ... although some individuals do for a time it seems.
I personally don't wish to know about my other lives, but each to their own.
