What's with the Blue World Order? πŸ˜³πŸ’™πŸŽ¦

I noticed a lot of traffic to an old 2018 post of mine about a low budget Sci-Fi movie that was shot around Canberra in 2016/17, which I realized I had never watched ... until yesterday -
Blue World (Dis)Order?
Blue World Order (2017)
In hindsight, watching the movie from 2024 in a post-Covid world, maybe the movie takes on a new metaphorical meaning than it did at the time?
I couldn't find the movie on any Australian streaming services that I subscribe to, so I ended up watching it through my TV set on You Tube, as someone had uploaded the movie to watch for free, and in all honesty, that's about the right price, as it's like a bad PKD story ... and about 80% of PKD's stories were this bad in my opinion;-)
Radio Free Albemuth (VALISystem A)?πŸ“‘πŸ›°
This is the full movie, which I watched yesterday below, which was posted 2 years ago to You Tube.
"The film is set in a post-apocalyptic world in which civilisation has crumbled. A massive electromagnetic pulse has killed all children on the planet with the exception of Molly (Billie Rutherford), the daughter of Jake Slater (Jake Ryan). Slater is also the only man immune to a virus released by the film pulse.
The film was largely shot around Canberra, Australia"
Blue World Order (2017)
I'm surprised to see big name actors like Billy Zane and Jack Thompson in such a trainwreck of a film.
And
Jack Thompson did open the Commonwealth Games in 2018 -

Blue World Order (2017)
I only watched the film to pick out the Canberra locations used in the movie, such as the Telstra Tower on Black Mountain, which I wrote about visiting in 2016 -

The movie is worth checking out ... for free, that is:-)
I see that one of the filming locations was
Lake George, which I have also written about visiting -

They also filmed at the Canberra Glassworks, where I bought the TV duck on a spoon from -
