Lasagna [and Use-By Dates] Awareness Month? 📅📆ðŸŠĶðŸ‘ŧ

I bought a Lasagna from the frozen food section of my local supermarket to eat tonight, as I knew that July is 'Lasagna Awareness Month', so I thought why not?
There is even a not so SECRET SUN on the box;-)
As I was reading the cooking instructions on the pack for cooking the
Lasagna in a microwave oven, I saw the use by date was August 29th, 2027, and couldn't help think how seeing a date like that would trigger my old mate Chris Knowles, who writes 'The Secret Sun' blog, as he has an unhealthy obsession with the Scottish singer Elizabeth Fraser, seeing her as some kind of "sibyl":-)
'Jack of Diamonds' to my right
The "synchromystic" thing is that I'm in the middle of reading Bryce Courtenay's last book 'Jack of Diamonds', where the main character Jack Spayd is about to travel to Las Vegas to meet up with Sam Giancana, who in real life was the Chicago mob boss rumoured to be behind the planning of JFK's assassination on November 22, 1963
Bryce Courtenay died on November 22, 2012, from stomach cancer, oddly enough.
