I had to laugh when I just watched the recent 'New Thinking Allowed' video featuring Dr. Charles T. Tart, where he pulls out his Swiss Army Knife and says, "it's wonderful what you can learn about the world with a Swiss Army Knife ...".

Just after I had watched the first episode featuring the new lady Doctor Who, where she pulls out what looks like a knife and says, "... well I say screwdriver, but it’s a bit more multi-purpose than that, scanner, diagnostics… tin opener.
More of a… sonic Swiss army knife. 
Only without the knife. 
Only idiots carry knives.”

While watching the second 'New Thinking Allowed' video featuring Dr. David Luke, I was wondering if the new Dr. Who carries a pipe on any of her trips?-)
