Alex & Mars-1 Collaboration Painting

There will be a "Super" Full Moon Saturday night, June 22, 2013, the closest the Moon comes to Earth in 2013. 
It will appear 13% larger and 30% brighter than normal Full Moons. 
Alex has taken the last two weeks in the studio to focus on a collaboration with the amazing visionary abstract painter, Mars1.
The completion of the painting will happen on Saturday before the Solstice Celebration at CoSM.

Alex with the Mayan Warrior Head

The Mayan Warrior, a 13 ft. x 11 ft. head for a Burning Man art car, was completed by Alex, with the assistance of Sharon Fulcher and Allyson, and was just driven back to Mexico on it's trailer.
