The Unseen Podcast: Gordon White and Magic in Our Ancient Past
I found this latest 'The Unseen' podcast with Gordon White as the guest really timely, as I had just finished reading the above two Jacques Vallee books and watched my DVD of 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind' for the first time in many years, with new eyes ... and found an owl that I had not remembered seeing before in that movie:-)
Jacques Vallee was the "real-life model for Lacombe, the researcher portrayed by FranΓ§ois Truffaut in Steven Spielberg’s Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
He also attempted to interest Spielberg in an alternative explanation for the phenomenon.
In an interview on Conspire.com, VallΓ©e said, "I argued with him that the subject was even more interesting if it wasn't extraterrestrials.
If it was real, physical, but not ET.
So he said, 'You're probably right, but that's not what the public is expecting — this is Hollywood and I want to give people something that's close to what they expect."
10/13, The X-Files and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood?

That's even creepier for us of Jewish decent Stephen:-) |
|
Was this kid cast to be an alien hybrid?-) |
I'll have a post in the future to argue that the kid above is implied in the movie to be a possible hybrid alien.
|
Time for a probe maybe Frankenstein? |
I doubt they would probe hybrid children in my personal opinion, but how would I know, right?
Anyway, whatever you think those owls really are, that Unseen podcast I think you will find very interesting.
If THEY Are Not Spacecraft, What Else Could UFOs Be?
UPDATE: February 9th, 2020
As I wrote in my update on the Bigfoot post -
BeLIEve?
I watched 'Harry and the Hendersons' on Netflix last night (there's 2 hours of my life I won't get back again;-) and thought Mike Clelland is right about the owl sightings around Bigfoot sightings when I saw the owl on the counter when the Bigfoot hunter comes into the gun shop to by monster bullets, knowing the guy selling him the bullets knows where Bigfoot is.
|
Is that Bigfoot?-) |
That movie came out the same year that Strieber's book 'Communion' came out, 1987.
