Synchromysticism and Pattern Logic?

The stuff on my bookcase shelf
I listened to the latest 'Rune Soup' podcast, where Gordon White recorded his 200th podcast episode, which was just a solo show where Gordon talked about pattern logic and dreams, including a dream Gordon had while staying in Fiji.
He also talked about turtles, which I found personally bizarre, as I have been doing some de-cluttering of my personal possessions lately, and a Grateful Dead turtle patch on my bookshelf kept getting my attention when I was contemplating giving it away.
But a nagging inner voice told me that I haven't finished with the turtle yet and have more dreaming ahead involving turtles, so I left it on my bookcase shelf for now.
Then I had to smile when I heard Gordo raving on about the turtles in Fiji that he saw.
Revolutionary time, dreaming and sharks?
I'm one of those "dream catcher" people:-)
But they are symbols to remind me
to pay attention to
my dreams
I had to smile when listening along and thinking back to the post I wrote yesterday … or should I say, one sleep ago?-)
Think About Things … and Dream?
I thought it was kind of generally synchromystic and personally synchromystic when Gordo mentioned, "will my estranged sister call before the last of the snow melts?"
I was estranged from my sister for many years when she dragged my parents through hell when she and her ex-partner were hooked on heroin.
I resented her and cut her out of my life when she put my parents through all of that, as my parents had their hands full looking after my sub-normal brother (or whatever the current PC word is for sub-normal, brain-damaged, retard) ... a rose by any other name ... etc.
While me and my sister kind of patched things up between us, I guess once the damage is done it is never repaired fully.
When her and her family went to Canada this year, my younger brother would show me the photos he would get from her on his phone of the snow they were in while in Canada.
She and my younger brother were as close as I am to him, but me and my sister are probably never going to be able to really repair the damage done over the years.
So be it.
She has turned her life around and is a very good mother and young grandmother, but I notice that karma is starting to pay her back lately through her own daughter's selfishness and stubborn ways.
Our relationship is thawing, but it has a way to go yet it seems.
Anyway, enough of my dirty family laundry which is still frozen in the past.
Time to get past the royal WE, as Gordo mentions in the podcast:-)
I like how Gordon mentions 2-week cycles, because the Corona-virus quarantine period is 14 days, as we have seen with the 'Diamond Princess' cruise-ship debacle in the news.
This virus doesn't personally scare me, as I'm quite happy to leave this f#cked up planet, but if my mother gets this virus, she is as good as dead with the trouble she has on a day-to-day basis surviving on one lung, after surviving lung cancer (and she was never a smoker, by the way).
I like Gordo's Freudian slip when he says the movie 'Cast Away', "starring Tom Cruise", was filmed in Fiji, when it was Tom Hanks who starred in that movie.
Robert Zemeckis was the director of the movie 'Cast Away' and I was one of the people who worked on this viral You Tube below about Rob making BTTF and 'The Walk'.
Ironically, Tom is on Australia's Gold Coast trying to film a Baz Lurhman movie about Elvis.
Epic Oscars Selfie with Tom Hanks
And reading that news article above about Tom getting a selfie with the actor who played Freddie Mercury in the Queen bio-pick, it was great timing that Queen is playing the Queensland Gold Coast this weekend during the Mercury retrograde:-)
Coronavirus: Contact tracing alert
As many as 40 people may have been exposed to coronavirus after an infected woman worked at a Gold Coast shopping centre
Did you have to mention "the supermarket" in your solo show Gordon?
If my mother catches the normal flu, it will probably kill her, God knows what corona-virus would do to her.
Life is such a f#cked up shit show, that would be funny if it wasn't so serious.
Don't stop her now!
What other choice do you have in this life?
