I had no idea what the word 'Odeon' meant until reading a blog post about the closure of the Odeon Cinema in Western Super Mare, while watching the Disney+ series 'Welcome to Wrexham' and seeing a film premier of 'Free Guy' taking place at the Odeon Cinema in Wrexham and wondering just what the word Odeon meant.
