Country Music Icon Kenny Rogers Dies at 81?

Rogers "passed away peacefully at home from natural causes under the care of hospice and surrounded by his family," a representative for the singer said in a statement.

I wrote a post about Kenny Rogers back in 2017, so Kenny's music has played a big hand in the soundtrack and memories of my own life -
You Wouldn't Read About It ... But I Did
Oddly enough that old post mentioned the Sharks beating the Storm in the 2016 grand final and in five minutes the Sharks are playing the Storm in the first Sharks home game of the NRL season ... but in 2020 no supporters are allowed in to watch them.
Life is a funny old game ... and the best that you can hope for is to die in your sleep, right Kenny?-)
