I found the 'Rebel Spirit' podcast when I was looking for podcast episodes through the Apple Podcast search engine featuring Dr. Bernie Beitman talking about his new book 'Meaningful Coincidences' and then discovered I could watch the interview on the You Tube channel, as well.
The last book I read before I died (I wouldn't bother if I were you) featured a central woman (pseudonym for Henry's real life wife June) named Mona (Tropic of Cancer) -
1001 Books I Must Read Before I Die ... Including the Banned Ones?📚📖🚫The name Mona has been hitting my eyes a lot lately so, I listened to Nick's talk with Mona Sobhani, PH.D.

And then went right back to Nick's first podcast episode and chat with Dr. Jay Kumar about Jay's book 'The Science of a Happy Brain' and wondered if this was just another podcast show to sell books to make the authors and their publisher's happy?-)
Maybe, but Nick does seem to have some very interesting guests on his podcast looking through his list of past 'Rebel Spirit Radio' podcast episodes.
I had to laugh at around the 12th minute mark where Jay says you can't buy happiness at Amazon ... which is actually where you can buy his book about happiness ironically:-)
A Magical Tour of the Cosmos with Yanik Silver Through Dreamland? There's more to life than being happy I think, and I don't know why REM songs seem to play in my mind when I've listened to the above episodes?-)
Putin, Gary Lachman and Holy Russia? Not to mention 'Blondie' songs, as well;-)
I'm looking forward to listening/watching some more 'Rebel Spirit Radio' ... and 'Mind the Shift' podcasts.
