Cheers From Tasmania?

I just received an email from Cascade Brewery in the Australian state of Tasmania for a free beer or cider to celebrate my birthday.
The only catch is I have to come to the bar in the next 14 days to claim it, which will be a tad bit hard with me living in Queensland with the state border closed.

Then I go to click on the link and find out they might be trying to send me a Corona-virus or something along those lines instead;-)

I guess it's the thought that counts.

But just what were they thinking by sending the email in the first place.
